Our experience with Oxmoor Ford at 100 Oxmoor Ln has been completely unacceptable from start to finish. The customer service — particularly from Lauren, Jenna, and Brandon — was not just lacking, it was outright dismissive and unprofessional.
We purchased a Volkswagen from this dealership (which turned out to be a lemon, but that’s another story) and included an extended warranty. Got used truck not 1000 miles trans went out. Salesman wouldn’t give previous owner. Was ask not to drive on interstate during test drive. Shady deal should have known. Every other lot I looked gave me previous owner contact info. Will not go back n def will not recommend this place.

Sold me a car with 6open recalls. Was told no crashed and no recalls. I had to send it off for two months for recalls. And oil change and other maintenance that was never done as their blue advance promised and over charge

I always take my cars to the dealership I purchased them from to have them serviced. When I go to Oxmoor Ford with my car, I walk away feeling confident in the work Anthony (the person I usually request) has done and he always explains the whats and whys in a clear and concise manner. Perfect, no. Good experience almost always. Also, shout out to Dontae! Both of these gentlemen make you feel respected, important and appreciated. Good job!

I do not write many reviews but I thought it important this time. Recently my airbag warning lamp illuminated on my 2020 Ford F-150 (81,000 miles). Our "Ford Pro" account and the "My Ford Pass" account also send me constant warnings to get it to a dealer for service. When I phoned Oxmoor Ford service and spoke to someone about making an appointment I was told the earliest I could get an appointment was three weeks out. I have always been pleased with the service I have received at Oxmoor Ford. The service advisor was professional and courteous.

Had a positive experience buying a '22 GT500 over the weekend. I worked online and via text with Makayla Gay on all the pre-visit numbers and info and with George Oakes from sales when onsite. Both of them delivered top tier service and customer care, getting me all the information I needed to know and price where I wanted it to make the buy decision. The showroom and lot were super clean and the entire staff I was able to work with was super professional. A++

My car is not done. They are waiting on parts to complete the repairs. Now my brake light is on and it’s wasn’t before they started working on my car that has less than 50,000 miles.

Ford extended warranty was worth every penny! Staff very professional and took care of issues.

I'm a year late submitting this review, but in July of 2023 we were traveling to Wisconsin from North Carolina with one of our daughters and her 3 children after my mother suffered a stroke. Our Kia van developed mechanical issues and after milking it down the highway we rolled into the Kia dealership looking for help in the way of either a repair or an outright purchase only to be snubbed, stalled and distracted by the sales staff and management.

I bought a 24 Bronco and love it so far. Everything went fine at the dealership, I hav bought about 10 cars from them including my wife.

Very nice dealing with Jeremiah Brown. The '22 Navigator we traded for was in great shape and very clean. They even filled the gas tank prior to leaving the lot! Relatively easy experience. Only aggravation was during financing where they pulled my credit report 5 times in an effort to find good rates. We'd only discussed 2 banks rates! Aside from this, it was a good experience at Oxmoor Ford.

Took 4 days to diagnose engine failure in Edge. Dealer did nt seem to know f extended warranty until it was pointed out. Fortunately the warranty covered engine replacement and rental car. Dontae responded well by txt to communicate and was very helpful through the process. We appreciate his service to us. I have been aware of this type of engine problem and concerned Ford has not done more to alert the consumer. Makes me question buying another.

Our sales person, Marquis, was very helpful and listened carefully to our requests. There was no pressure, and he walked us through the process without any issues. The finance officer was also very helpful. He processed and explained everything quickly and got us out the door in our new vehicle. It was a much better experience than we have had at other dealerships.

I bought a gold certified pre owned 2020 explorer that came with a 12,000 mile 12 Month bumper to bumper warranty and 7 year 100,000 Mile power train warranty and so far Oxmoor Ford has honored what they sold me. I love my explorer and appreciate the customer service that I receive from their sales staff (Victor sold me my car) and all the men and women in the service department have been amazing as well.

I was really highly satisfied with today’s performance. Josh was able to get my vehicle early. All requests were completed in accordance with Oxmoor Ford’s expectations & beyond. I’m a fan of the Oxmoor Ford service department. The service department is neat, clean, organized & all members are quick to provide service.

Had great salesman, Martice, he was attentive to our needs. the Easy Care warranty through this dealership is way overpriced compared to same warranty at another dealership one year ago. We went with the extended Ford warranty.

The service cashier at this location is rude and not friendly! Does not speak, just puts paper in front of customer and expects them to sign and gets upset when you ask what are you signing. Lena needs more customer service training! It doesn’t matter that she is old if she’s not happy she needs to retire!

Dontae Smith is an excellent service advisor at Oxmoor Ford. He is organized and efficient, keeps me appraised of the progress of the service work. Overall I would recommend Dontae and Oxmoor Ford.

Ross Hudson assisted throughout the process of having my car repaired due to a recall. Very positive experience.

The advisors at the service department were great and solved the issues in a timely manner. The level of the actual services preformed are not what I was expecting. They installed one of the accessories I purchased wrong and it would cause more damage if I was to have it fixed properly.

Oxmoor Ford was fantastic. Scheduled an appointment for a recall component, oil change and tire rotation and one hour later my truck was ready. The staff was friendly, helpful and I'm looking forward to continue my business with Oxmoor.

I was originally scheduled to go to the dealership and have a recall fixed. Then they called and asked if they could drive out to my home and fix it. Once more they called and said they had a problem and asked if they could pick up my truck and take it the dealership, fix it and bring it back.. To me, this went above and beyond in doing this. And, they washed my truck.

Took my Lighting in for a check up and 2 TSB inspections. Dealership quoted 3 days for service and it only took 1. Quick Service and vehicle updates completed as requested. Ross the Advisor was helpful and communicated everything to me as the process continued.

Let me say I had a great experience Victor walked me tru all my choices and lead me to my explorer and it was enjoyable day at the dealership because of him. Oxmoor Ford service was excellent on my 2021 Escape Fleet vehicle. Service was quick and Josh in service was cordial and efficient. I waited while the oil was changed and the tires rotated. All in all about 70 minutes total time. The service waiting area was clean and offered waters and coffee if interested. Soft drink machines and snacks available if interested too. Bob from the dealership called me the morning of service (2/19/2024) to see if I would like them to pick up my car and bring it back to my house once service completed!
